1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers (natural persons purchasing for private purposes) have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Start of period: from the date of receipt of the goods.
Deadline: the goods must be sent back within this period.

Exceptions:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

  • Special offers / discounted items

  • Sealed CDs/DVDs

  • Downloads / digital products, once accessed or downloaded

2. Returns / Refunds

  • All returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Please email shop@bach-bogen.de to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • After receiving the RMA number, securely package the item and send it to:

  • Return shipping costs: are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend trackable shipping.

3. Refund / Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Please allow at least 7 business days for processing.

  • We will notify you by email when the return has been processed.

  • Restocking Fee: 5 % for returns over €100 (if applicable)

  • Special offers / custom-made / sale items: final sale, non-returnable
