These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers (consumers and businesses) through the online shop https://www.bach-bogen.de. Deviating terms from the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree in writing.

  • The contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods or explicitly confirm acceptance in writing.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in Euro (€) including VAT, plus shipping costs.

  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card (via Stripe).

  • Payment is due immediately.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly guaranteed.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

  • Custom-made items, special offers, and sale items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • Statutory warranty rights apply.

  • We are liable for damages not related to the goods themselves only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  • Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

  • We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked on our site.

9. Intellectual Property
